Our tribute to one of the best guitarist ever. New England style hazy pale ale coming in at 5.9% abv.
In this batch of brew we used pale malt, crystal malt and Munich malt. Also, we pulled out of the hop closet the rare Galaxy hop along with Citra these where both used in whirlpool and dry hop additions. For this 15 bbl batch we used 3# per bbl to achieve the piney, citrusy and tropical notes. Cheers.
