Our India Pale Ale is a true classic for hop-heads, using only the nest hops from the Pacci Northwest. We use Centennial, Citra, Simcoe, and more to balance out the smooth, malty finish.

Brewmaster Scott

Scott Freitas grew up in the San Francisco Bay area.

As he was riding to school on his bike one day, he met the head brewer of Buffalo Bills Brewing who taught Scott how to brew when he was 17 years old.
