Lucifer’s Cuvée

Brewmaster Scott, along with our friends at Ninkasi Brewing Co, came up with this decadent double dark chocolate stout. Dangerously devastating, Lucifer’s Cuvée is an intense hearty rye, along with a gourmet chocolate essence, are balanced by the addition of Cascade hops.

Roasted malt character is caramel-like and chocolate-like in an oatmeal stout. Coffee-like roasted barley and malt aromas are prominent in these beers, packed with darker malt flavors and a smooth, rich body.

Scott Freitas grew up in the San Francisco Bay area.

As he was riding to school on his bike one day, he met the head brewer of Buffalo Bills Brewing who taught Scott how to brew when he was 17 years old.
